I'm 78 years old. I have been building all of my life. I have built homes
to office buildings, LDS Church houses to the LDS Temple in Nashville,
Tennessee. In the early eighties I took a short-lived retirement to give back to
my community and taught the Building Construction program at Salt Lake Community
College. Kirk was one of my students. He really had a love for building and it
showed in his desire to excel. I hired him to work with me during which time we
built several office buildings from the ground up. I personally trained him in
every aspect of building; excavation, foundation, plumbing, electrical, framing,
cabinetry, finish work, concrete work and everything in between. Having our home built by Kirk Pearson Construction was a great experience. We were very particular about detail when our home was under construction. Kirk was very easy to keep in contact with and was willing to answer any questions we had. If it meant meeting him on the job site or at his home he was willing to go the extra mile to make us a happy customer. To us, Kirk Pearson Construction means quality along with getting the job done on time. If we ever had to build a home again we definitely would call Kirk Pearson Construction. Our experience with Kirk Pearson has been positive from the beginning. Having worked in the construction business, I have known dozens of builders. When it came time to build my own house, I wanted a builder with two things: honesty and an eye for quality. When I met Kirk, I knew we would be dealing with someone with impeccable integrity. As we progressed through the building, that integrity was proven and his emphasis on quality became more and more apparent. People often talk about the painful experience of building a home. Ours was the way it should be, exciting and enjoyable. We are so pleased with our new home that I cannot ever see building another. But if we do, Kirk Pearson will be building it. Lake Point, Utah We have just recently moved into our second home. Kirk D. Pearson Construction built our first home nearly 10 years ago and there was no question as to who we wanted to build our second home. They are always helpful with new ideas and coming up with new things for us to incorporate into our home. We have really enjoyed the style and upgrades that were suggested to us by Kirk, that have greatly added to the beauty and personality of our home. They share their ideas and expertise, but were considerate of our feelings and what we wanted. Our opinion on things was asked and our desires were the bottom line. They are easy to work with and walk you through each step of the process. The quality and extras that go into each of his homes are sometimes overlooked, but valued and appreciated by those who live in his homes. A Kirk D. Pearson Construction home is the best custom home ever made! How can you go wrong when he puts his very name on the line? Building a home is such a big ordeal. So when you can find a builder you can work with the ordeal becomes much easier to deal with. Working with Kirk Pearson was a good experience. He is easy to work with, extremely patient with our ignorance (we had never built before), answering all our stupid questions without making us feel like we were stupid at all. He was willing to listen to our ideas and needs and implement them and we asked quite a bit from him in the bargain. He walked us step by step through everything and helped us to stay on schedule with the decisions that we had to make to keep him working. The best part of the whole experience is that he didn't disappear when it was done and the papers signed. As is usually the case, there were a few minor things that cropped up after all was said and done, but Kirk was right there to take care of things. We ended up satisfied with the results. Kirk Pearson built our home in 1997 and we have been very happy with it. His crew works fast and it was fun to see it turn into a house in not time at all. Kirk was good to work with, being honest and fair in his dealings. He wanted us to have ahome that we would love for years to come, and the quality of his work shows that. We are grateful to have worked with Kirk on building our home. There's no place like home! We would like to thank Kirk Pearson Construction and his crew for their wonderful service. Thank you for the assistance in design and modifications of our custom built home. The quality of our house has certainly met our expectations. We appreciate the quality work and the short timely manner in which it was completed. |
